What is your turnaround time?
We want to get your order out as fast as we can, so we make every effort to process your order immediately after we receive payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for progressing. However, please keep in mind that during sales, or product releases, it’ll be 7-9 days to process your order.

When will I get my order?
Orders shipping time is 3-5 business days with First Class shipping for non-holiday weekdays. Priority Shipping is available upon request for 2-3 days shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Do you ship world wide?
Yes, we do. International shipping begin with $7.95 flat-rate. All purchases will be processed and shipped within 5-7 days of order via USPS. Please allow up to 21 days from ship date for delivery depending on service purchaser desired. Delays may occur due to customs. All custom duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

I can’t locate my package, what should I do?
We recommend you filling out this form on USPS website here, and call in your local post office. USPS doesn’t provide us any extra information beside the tracking number. They will be able to look into it further for you.

What is your Return & Exchange policy?
Heirlooms & Sale merchandises are final sale.

We accept exchanges for unwashed/unworn merchandise within 14 days after the product is received. If your desired size/style is not available at the time of your return, we are happy to offer an alternative, or you will be issued a store credit. Khanh must be notified for refunds. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. You receive full refund minus the shipping charges. Exchanges and returns shipping are customers’ responsibility.

An item says “sold out,” will you be restocking?
We restock daily, however, our wait list takes priority. You can join the wait list by entering your email in the sold out product’s page and click “Join Wait list”. You’ll be notify by email when the item is restocked. By joining wait list helps us to know what to restock next. You will not be subscribed to our newsletter. This strictly for restocked notification.
