WILL YOU RESTOCK SOLD OUT ITEMS?
We restock daily, however, our wait list takes priority. You can join the wait list by entering your email in the sold out product’s page and click “Join Wait list”. You’ll be notify by email when the item is restocked. By joining wait list helps us to know what to restock next. You will not be subscribed to our newsletter. This strictly for restocked notification.
CAN MY PRE-ORDER SHIP SEPARATELY?
Unfortunately no, all items will be ship together. Your order will not ship until the pre-orders are fulfilled.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE MY ORDER TO PROCESS?
We want to get your order out as fast as we can, so we make every effort to process your order immediately after we receive payment. Due to high volume, orders will be progressed within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday.
HOW DOES LONG IS DELIVERY?
Orders shipping time is 3-5 business days with First Class shipping for non-holiday weekdays. Priority Shipping is available for 2-3 days shipping.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do.International orders ship via USPS First Class. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Due to covid, transit time is taking up to 1 month depending on the destination. Please note, Duties and Taxes vary depending on which country you live in. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
MISSING PACKAGE
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. It's out of our control once it's shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office. Or if you purchased Route insurance, refer to your Route email confirmation with instructions on filing a claim.
CAN CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Orders that has not been shipped can be cancel within in 24 hours. We cannot make changes like adding additional items onto orders. Switching items is acceptable. Please email us for switching items.
For additional items please place a new order, and email us with the new order number so we can refund the shipping fee.
Please notify us right away if there is a problem or defect with your product.
We accept returns for store credit or exchanges on unwashed/unworn products within 15 days after the item has been delivered. Products must be in the same condition as received and sent back in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, if it's not our mistake. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Face masks, all sale/clearance items, and heirloom items are final sale.
