ASSISTANT MANAGER

Full / Part Time  | Starting Pay $16

Qualifications

• One year of retail / management experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Love for clothing and kids.
• Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• General knowledge of apparel products 
• Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends as needed, and Black Friday is required.

• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. Must be able to lift and carry regularly without assistance.

• Assumes certain management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager.
• At the direction of the Store Manager, supervises, trains, and develops Store Associates

• Inventory Management
• Orders Processing
• Merchandising
• Store upkeep
• Customer service
• Keeping detailed notes on product issues
• Provide customers personal styling assistances 
• Providing innovative ideas
• Running errands to local stores, post office, etc.
