ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications
- One year of retail / management experience in a retail environment preferred.
- Love for clothing and kids.
- Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- General knowledge of apparel products
- Knowledge of administrative aspects of store operations
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends as needed, and Black Friday is required.

Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently. Must be able to lift and carry regularly without assistance.
- Assumes certain management responsibilities in absence of Store Manager.
- At the direction of the Store Manager, supervises, trains, and develops Store Associates
